03/21/2004: Al-Ittihad al-Islami (Islamic Unity) militants were believed to have opened fire on a vehicle carrying three staff of the German Agency for Technical Assistance (GTZ), killing two and injuring one, near Hargeisa, Woqooyi Galbeed region, Somaliland. Police reported to have arrested five people in connection with the attack.
