05/16/2004: The Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) attacked an internally displaced persons (IDP) camp in the northern Ugandan city of Gulu, killing 22 civilians. A government official reported that 76 of the rebels who attacked Pagak later surrendered to the UPDF (Uganda People's Defense Forces).
