Incident Summary:

8/11/2004: Members of Tawhid and Jihad released pictures and video of the execution of Mohammed Fawzi Abdaal Mutwalli, an Egyptian national in Iraq. Images show the decapitation of the victim. The authenticity of the images is unknown and family members do not have knowledge of Mutwalli's disappearance. In a statement, the Tawhid and Jihad claimed that Mutwalli was a spy for the American government.
