Incident Summary:

09/17/2004: Rapin Ruangkeow, a Pattani judge, was shot and killed by three men in Tambon Sa-barang, Thailand. Police later arrested Abdullah Bali, a student who admitted to carrying out the attack. No one else was injured in the attack, and it was not known if the three men were members of a group.
