11/28/2004: A group of 20-30 suspected Taliban fighters stormed the offices of The Voluntary Association for the Rehabilitation of Afghanistan in Dilaram, shooting and killing three Afghan aid workers and wounding three Afghan security guards. A seventh employee was missing and believed abducted.
