Incident Summary:

02/09/2005: Euskandi ta Askatasuna (ETA) separatists car bombed a Madrid business park, hours before Mexican president Vicente Fox and Spanish King Juan Carlos were scheduled to meet there injuring 43 people. An unidentified caller claiming to represent ETA warned of the bombing in a phone conversation with Basque newspaper Gara about 30 minutes before the blast.
