Incident Summary:

05/27/2005: Members of the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) killed eight civilians during an attack on a village in the Kitgum district of Uganda. The villagers were shot and beaten to death with machetes and then dragged to the center of a nearby road. No claim of responsibility was reported.
