Incident Summary:

11/15/2005: Unidentified perpetrators attacked a political rally in which Ghulam Hassan Mir, a former Tourism Minister, was speaking in Tangmarg, India. The perpetrators threw a grenade into the crowd of about 5000 people then fired guns killing two bystanders and injuring 60 others including Mir. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
