Incident Summary:

01/25/2006: Four perpetrators in the Senjak neighborhood of Belgrade, Serbia lunged at a car in which two Croatian diplomats, Branislav Loncar and Boris Herceg, were seated, breaking the car window and injuring one of the diplomats. The license plate of the car was marked as a Croatian diplomatic one. Serbian police later detained four men suspected of perpetrating the attack, though they weren’t identified as belonging to any particular group.
