01/25/2006: In one of two related incidents, a bomb exploded outside a court building in Balmaseda in Spain’s Basque region. There was damage to the court house doorway and to a shop next door, but there were no injuries. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but the Basque regional government suspects the ETA.
