04/27/2006: A grenade exploded at a crowded bus stand in hill resort of Pahlgam in Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian-administered Kashmir. At least seventeen people were wounded but it was uncertain as to the number of injured tourists. The identity of the perpetrators was unknown and there had been no claim of responsibility for the attack.
