Incident Summary:

01/16/2007: Two car bombs detonated near Al-Mustansriya University in Baghdad, Iraq where students and college employees were waiting for rides home. The attack killed at least 65 people and wounded 132. One report claimed that a suicide bomber also struck survivors fleeing the scene. No claim of responsibility was issued.
