02/28/2007: In Goz Amer, Chad, assailant armed with unspecified firearms attacked a refugee camp. Seventeen refugees were killed and the camp was damaged. The assailants also stole all of the camp's livestock. No group claimed responsibility although it is widely believed the Janaweed Militia was responsible.
