Incident Summary:

04/28/2007: Sixty-eight people were killed and 178 were wounded when a suicide car bomb exploded near the shrines of Imam Abbas and Imam Hussein, major Shi i saints, in Karbala Iraq. The bomb exploded as civilians were headed to prayer, there was no claim of responsibility.
