Incident Summary:

04/29/2007: Unidentified assailants shot and killed a journalist working for the Tamil daily newspaper, Uthayan, in Jaffna town, Sri Lanka. The newspaper is considered neutral, although it does have access to information from the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE). The vicitm, Selvaraja Rajivarman, was cycling at the time he was killed.
