07/25/2007: Two small explosives were detonated along the Tour de France route in northern Spain before the cyclists raced by. The incident occurred near the city of Belagua, Spain. No casualties were reported. The Euskadita Askatasuna (ETA) issued a warning call shortly before the attacks.
