Incident Summary:

09/16/2007: An explosion killed six and wounded 22 in a crowded café in Tuz, Iraq. Iraqi police blamed a suicide bomber. Kurdish sources attributed the blast to a roadside bomb. Other sources maintained that a booby trapped bicycle or motorcycle caused the explosion. The perpetrators were not identified. The incidents took place as part of a string of incidents sweeping through Iraq during the beginning of Ramadan.
