Incident Summary:

09/27/2007: Ten Iraqi’s were killed and nine injured in Sinjar, Iraq when a suicide bomber detonated his truck. A tribal leader opposed to Al-Qaida in Iraq was the suspected target. The leader survived but his son was killed. This attack occurred as part of an increase in violence during Ramadan.
