Incident Summary:

11/24/2007: Three bomb attacks cumulatively killed at least 13 people and wounded at least another 60 in India’s Uttar Pradesh State. All three bombings took place near courthouses, including this one in Lucknow that did not cause any casualties. No one claimed responsibility for the attacks, but police suspected that militants were using the bombings as an attempt to spark unrest between Indian Hindus and Muslims.
