02/24/2008: A roadside bomb detonated an explosive that killed four and wounded 26 Shiite pilgrims, all of whom were en route to Karbala to celebrate Arbaeen. No group claimed responsibility for this attack, although US and Iraqi forces believe al-Qa’ida was behind this attack.
