Incident Summary:

4/12/2008: On Saturday, a small device exploded near a television and telecommunications relay tower in Navarre, Navarra, Spain. Another device was found at the scene unexploded. A placard found near the bomb said "Danger, ETA bomb" while another one said "Do not touch." The bomb blew a hole in the ground at the entrance to the tower but no one was hurt.
