Incident Summary:

4/20/2008: On Sunday, at 0325, a bomb went off outside a community center, Casa del Pueblo, in Elgoibar, Guipuzcoa, Spain. The blast caused damage to the building and to surrounding buildings but there were no casualties. An hour before the bombing a man from the ETA called to warn that a bomb would go off in the Basque town.
