Incident Summary:

05/09/2008: On Friday afternoon at 1700, in Sab'ah Nisan district in northeastern Baghdad, Iraq, armed assailants fired one mortar into a community in Fudhayliyah neighborhood, killing two civilians and wounding eight others. There was no damage or motive reported and no group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Mahdi Army was responsible.
