08/02/2008: On Saturday, armed assailants kidnapped a member of the HAMAS political bureau in Gaza City, Gaza Strip, West Bank and Gaza Strip, but the victim was released the same day. No group claimed responsibility, but it was believed that Fatah was responsible, and the hostage is alive.
