Incident Summary:

08/21/2008: On Thursday night, at about 0000, in Kalaa, Adamawa, Nigeria, about 27 armed assailants fired upon the home of the speaker of Adamawa State House of Assembly, Hon. James Barka, and the home of his neighbor, wounding one civilian and damaging the two residences. No motive was reported and no group claimed responsibility.
