08/22/2008: On Friday, in Baku, Baki, Azerbaijan, an improvised explosive device exploded at a transformer station when Bakielektrikshabaka electrical workers attempted to install a new transformer, killing two employees, wounding three others, and damaging the building. No group claimed responsibility, although authorities believed the Forest Brothers were responsible.
