Incident Summary:

08/23/2008: On Saturday morning at 0800, suspected New People’s Army (NPA) rebels ambushed and killed Jesus Casuero, a coconut lumber worker, in Lomaca village of Guinobatan town, Albay province, Philippines. Casuero sustained gunshot wounds all over his body and head, inflicted with an M16 rifle. No claim of responsibility was made for the incident.
