Incident Summary:

08/24/2008: On or about Sunday, outside of Khar, in Bajaur, Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Pakistan, assailants slit the throat of a civilian, killing him. The assailants believed the target was a spy for the United States. No damage was reported and no group claimed responsibility, although it was believed the Taliban was responsible.
