08/25/2008: On Monday, in Mattani, Peshawar, North-West Frontier, Pakistan, assailants kidnapped an official of National Highway Authority, Shoaib Khattak, and his driver, Ramzan. The condition of the hostages is unknown. No damage or motive were reported and no group claimed responsibility, although it is believed that the Taliban were responsible.
