09/10/2008: On Wednesday evening, suspected Taliban militants fired on two mobile phone towers in Sholgara, Balkh, Afghanistan. Both towers, belonging to Rashan and Areeba companies, were damaged but there were no casualties. There were no claims of responsibility.
