09/10/2008: On Wednesday, at around 1700, in Nazran, Ingushetia, Russia, armed assailants fired upon the vehicle carrying a relative of Ingush President and head of the Ingush Public Transport, killing him and damaging his vehicle. No group claimed responsibility, although authorities believed the Caucasus Emirate was responsible.
