09/28/2008: On Sunday evening at 2040, unknown assailants detonated a low-intensity explosive device at the Baliguda town relief camp in Baliguda town, Kandhamal, Orissa province, India. This was one of three serial bomb attacks targeting relief camps in Kandhamal. No casualties or property damage was reported from the blast and no claim of responsibility was made for the incident.
