Incident Summary:

09/29/2008: On Monday, at 1200, a bomb that was placed between two vehicles in a parking lot in Pettah neighborhood exploded and slightly wounded three bystanders in Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka. Eleven vehicles were damaged in the explosion. No group claimed responsibility for the attack but the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelma is allegedly responsible.
