Incident Summary:

10/04/2008: On Saturday evening, unknown assailants detonated a remote controlled improvised explosive device targeting a bridge near the Herat governor's house in Herat city, Herat province, Afghanistan. The bombing attack destroyed the bridge but did not cause any casualties. One Iranian and a Pakistani were arrested in connection to the bomb blast, but no claim of responsibility was made for the incident.
