Incident Summary:

11/12/2008: On Wednesday evening at around 1700, a bomb exploded in the shiite district of New Baghdad in Baghdad. After police had arrived a parked car bomb blew up in the same area. The attacks killed 12 civilians, wounded 42 others, 12 children, and six police officers, and damaging several cars, a minibus, one police vehicle, and several houses and several shops. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
