Incident Summary:

11/28/2008: On Friday, in Al Musayyib, Babil, Iraq, a suicide bomber detonated the improvised explosive device he was wearing in a line of Muslims waiting to enter a Shiite mosque for Friday prayers, killing between eight and twelve civilians, wounding between fifteen and twenty three others, and damaging the mosque. No group claimed responsibility, although it was believed the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI) was responsible.
