Incident Summary:

12/03/2008: On Wednesday afternoon, at 1300, millitants shot dead an entrepreneur in Ignacio de Loyola Square, in the town of Azpeitia in San Sebastian, Spain, two militants fired several shots, one in the head and the other in the chest, at Ignacio Uria Mendizabal, who for a construction company involved in a project to build high-speed railways in the Basque region of northern Spain. Basque Fatherland and Liberty (ETA) claimed responsibility for the attack.
