Incident Summary:

12/25/2008: On Thursday morning, between 0800 and 0830, in the Shu'lah neighborhood of the Al Kazimiyah district of Baghdad, Iraq, a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) parked outside of a restaurant detonated, killing two police officers and four civilians, and wounding 25 others. The blast also damaged the restaurant, two shops, and several civilian vehicles. There was no motive reported and no claim of responsibility has been made.
