Incident Summary:

02/13/2009: On Friday at noon, in Al Musayyib, Babil, Iraq, a female suicide bomber detonated an improvised explosive device she was wearing near a tent filled with Shia pilgrims walking to Karbala' for Arbae'en, killing 40 civilians including children and wounding 80 others. There was no damage reported and no group claimed responsibility, but the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI) was suspected of perpetrating this attack.
