Incident Summary:

02/16/2009: Monday evening, Narendra Khati, the supervisor of the Janakpur cigarette factory was shot and killed in Janakpur, Janakpur, Nepal. Surya Dev Singh district commander of Jwala Singh faction of the Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha (JTMM-J) claimed responsibility for the attack. Police arrested five other cadres suspected to have a connection with the murder.
