Incident Summary:

03/19/2009: On Thursday, one Communist Party of Nepal - Unified Marxist Leninist (CPN-UML) activist was shot dead and another was injured by suspected Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha - Jwala Singh (JTMM-J) militants in the Jhatikaiya area of Nepal's Dhanusha district. Shortly after the incident, one suspected JTMM-J militant was arrested by security forces.
