03/26/2009: On Thursday afternoon in Yangon, Yangon, Myanmar, an improvised explosive device detonated in a room at an inn, killing one civilian, wounding two others, and damaging the residence. The man killed was making the time bomb when the explosion occurred. No group claimed responsibility, but the authorities linked the incident with two anti-government armed groups in exile including the All Burma Students' Democratic Front (ABSDF).
