05/30/2009: On Saturday evening, in Lebak, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines, assailants detonated an improvised explosive assembled from a 60mm mortar bomb placed under a truck near the cockpit area, damaging the truck but causing no injuries. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) was responsible.
