07/31/2009: On Friday evening at around 2000, in northern Kirkuk, At Ta'mim, Iraq, assailants detonated a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device in the predominantly Kurdish Azadi Market, killing two civilians, wounding 15 others, and damaging the market. There was no motive reported and no group claimed responsibility.
