Incident Summary:

08/06/2009: On Thursday morning, in the department of Choco, Colombia , seven masked and armed men, threatened, tied the hands and feet of the indigenous families of Embera Pichinde tribe, kicked them, hit them with their guns and fired shots next to their ears. No casualties were reported. The families have been threaten before and were displaced three times within one year. The ‘ Black Eagles’ are believed responsible for the attack.
