Incident Summary:

10/31/2009: On Saturday morning at about 1000, in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan, gunmen, riding two motorbikes, fired at the Secretary of Education Board’s vehicle killing the government official and damaging the vehicle. The motive for the attack was to disrupt the Pakistani government; the Balochistan Liberation United Front (BLUF) claimed responsibility for the attack.
