11/13/2009: On Friday night, in one of two related attacks, in the village of Ngilima near Dungu, Orientale, Congo (Kinshasa), assailants attacked by unknown means, killing 13 people including two soldiers. No material damage or motive for the attack was reported and no group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) was responsible.

Criteria 1
