Incident Summary:

11/22/2009: On Sunday night at 2200, in Birao, Vakaga, Central African Republic, twenty unidentified gunmen kidnapped two French aid workers working for the relief agency Triangle and stole three cars and a motorbike. No additional information concerning the hostages health or safety was available. No material damage or motive for the attack was reported and the group the Freedom Eagles of Africa has claimed responsibility for the attack.
