Incident Summary:

12/08/2009: On Tuesday morning, at 1025, the first of five suicide car-bombs detonated near a technical college in Doura neighborhood in central Baghdad, Iraq. The vehicle was packed with 850 kilograms of explosives. Twenty-five people were killed and 100 were wounded in the attack. Al Qaeda militants claimed responsibility for the attack.
