12/29/2009: On Tuesday afternoon, an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated around in the parking lot in front of the Transportation Ministry building in eastern Baghdad, Iraq. Four people were wounded and 10 civilian cars were destroyed. Iraqi security forces sealed the scene off immediately. No group claimed responsibility.
